You will get a confirmation via email if yours reservation is confirmed and we get your email address.

Q6 What is your standard cancellation policy?★★★★★

Please contact us once you reschedule your flight.
THE FULL FARE will be charged for cancellations in the two following cases:

  • Cancellations after the driver has already been dispatched (normally 2 hours prior to pick up time).
  • If the passenger fails to be at the designated pickup location (no-show).

Q7 How can I contact my driver when my airplane lands? ★★★★★

We always keep monitoring your flight status. When the airplane lands, you will get a message from our driver. You can just follow the information.

Q8 How do I pay for the service?

For inidual, you can pay the driver directly at the time of your trip by cash or check. For coporate, please call (408)859-7262 John or email to  jtrans777@gmail.com .

Q9 Do you offer car seats or boosters?

Yes we do. We have child car seats ready for your infant or toddler. We also provide boosters.

Q10 What are your procedures on waiting time and how much is the waiting time charge?

Our grace period is denied as fifteen (15) minutes beyond the scheduled pick up time. Exceeding the grace period will result in wait time charges. For home pickup, we charge $10 more for every (15) minutes wait time after grace period. For airports pickup, our grace period is denied as 1 hour as the planes arrive at gate. We charge $20 more for every hour as we wait.

Q11 Is smoking allowed in the vehicles?

All of JTrans's vehicles are NON-SMOKING.Customers who smoke inside a JTrans's vehicle are charged a cleaning fee of $200.00.

Q12 Do you offer early a.m. and late p.m. airport service?

Yes, JTrans offers car service 24 hour a day / 7 days a week / 365 days a year. We offer early a.m. and late p.m. airports service at a low additional fee.

Q13 Can we get multiple vehicles?

Yes. We can arrange multiple vehicles to pick your party up from your desired location.

Q14 What is the maximum amount of passengers allowed in your vehicles?

It depends how many luggages do you have. In addition, if you have more passengers we will be glad to send you multiple vehicles.
